Morning SurpriseTerms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and One Vision One Movement Forever Ltd, a company registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI744016), registered office 8 Rossdale Manor, Ballymena, County Antrim, BT42 2SL, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, which runs Morning Surprise. They cover using the Morning Surprise app and website. By using them you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
1. Using Morning Surprise
- You must be at least 13 to use the app, and 18 to use Surprise Circle.
- Keep your phone and account secure. You’re responsible for what is sent from your app.
- Test versions are provided “as is” and may change or have bugs.
2. The alarm
We work hard to make the alarm reliable, but phones can stop apps (battery savers, updates, a phone that is switched off or out of battery). Don’t rely on Morning Surprise as your only alarm for anything critical, such as a flight or a medical appointment.
3. Free and Premium
- The free version includes the features shown on our website. Premium adds extra features for a subscription fee.
- Subscriptions are bought through Google Play (or Apple’s App Store) and are governed by their terms. They renew automatically until you cancel in your store account. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription.
- Free trials turn into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their policies. Your rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
- We may change features or prices. Price changes for existing subscribers follow the store’s rules and you’ll be told in advance.
4. AI-made content
- Morning pictures, music and joke voices are made with artificial intelligence. Results can be unexpected or imperfect, and may not look exactly like the people in your photos.
- Only use photos of yourself and of people who are happy for you to use them, or children you’re responsible for.
- You may use your morning pictures for personal purposes, including sharing them. Don’t use them to mislead, harass or impersonate anyone, or to break the law.
- Please report any picture that is inappropriate using the flag button.
5. Your content and Surprise Circle
- You keep ownership of the photos, messages and voice notes you add. You give us permission to store, process and deliver them so the app works (for example, to make your picture or to deliver a surprise to your circle).
- You must follow the Surprise Circle rules. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break them, and we co-operate with the authorities where the law requires.
6. Our app
The app, its design, jokes, stories, messages and name belong to us or our licensors (see “Licences & credits” in the app). Please don’t copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.
7. Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously broken.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we aren’t responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (including a phone that blocks or doesn’t ring an alarm).
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and wherever you live you keep the protection of your local consumer laws.
