My alarm didn’t ring

Open the app once to re-arm your alarms, check Settings → Apps → Morning Surprise → Alarms & reminders is allowed, and set battery use to Unrestricted. Samsung phones: also turn off “Put app to sleep” for Morning Surprise.

My picture doesn’t look like us

Add 1–3 clear close-ups under Photos → ⭐ Face photos (face to the camera, good light) and pick photos where everyone is close and looking at the camera.

I can’t hear the joke voice

Turn your phone’s alarm volume up and make sure you have internet the evening before, so the voices can download.

How do I cancel Premium?

On Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Morning Surprise → Cancel. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel a subscription.
